On that specific time, Yes fm Twitter account made a tweet regarding Shaggy live concert. It was actually asking people to buy tickets. It received lot of negative comments on Twitter. But Very soon they apologized and made an announcement that it was a previously scheduled tweet.]

That's not really an apology than an indication they made a mistake and they don't want to apologize for it.
